I have teamed up with world renowned Icelandic detox specialist Joninu Ben to offer a 2 week detox and weight-loss program in wonderful Iceland. I spent 7 days at the centre recently and witnessed some remarkable healing and weight-loss.
The centre is close to Kevlavik airport. It is a very modern facility in the old American army base. The surrounding countryside is quite remarkable with miles of lava fields and tons of fresh air. If you want to detox, get rid of excess weight - this is my recommendation.
The detox and weight-loss treatment starts every Friday at 18.00 and runs for 2 full weeks.
Included in the package is the 2 week detox treatment, all meals, lectures, study material and information, sauna, infra-red cell, walks, light gymnastics and relaxation, 3 sight-seeing tours in Iceland, free transportation to the Blue Lagoon and transportation from and to the airport.
Massage, Colonic hydrotherapy, detox wraps and beauty treatments are an optional extra.
The rooms We offer 50 luxurious rooms. They are large with parquet floors, large beds, walk in wardrobes and both bathtubs and showers in the bathrooms.
The facilities are excellent with a beautiful dining room, comfortable living room, gym, sauna, infra-red cell and a hot tub.

Guests are encouraged to undertake colonic hydrotherapy and massage. These are an additional cost.
In the evenings we offer lectures, meetings or fun activities. The lectures cover the fasting (detox), nutrition, the body, the colon and hydro colon therapy.
Rates
Due to the economic crisis in Iceland the rates are simply fantastic. Rates are around £2000 for the 2 weeks. Flights to Iceland are an additional cost.
