I work to my own rythym and can not be held accountable to your diary, your time-frame, potential time constraints/pressures, your possible impatience or your perceived need for me to act quickly. I always perform a full and careful analysis of my client’s needs. This may take one day or it may take 3+ weeks. My way of working can really annoy some of my clients but after 22 years of successful practice I am adamant that my way is right. I urge you to be patient.
1. Appointments
Please make sure that you book all of your appointments in ASAP with reception on 020 7385 6001. Slots fill very quickly. You are able to change your appointment with 24 hours notice.
The phones can be busy as this is an NHS practice. It is best to ring after 10.30am – lines are closed on Thursday afternoon.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE - suggested
Initial consultation – 55 minutes - £130 (cash or cheque on the day please)
4 week follow up – 25 minutes – £70
12 week follow up – 25 minutes - £70
I suggest a total of 3 appointments in 3 months. This may of course vary depending on your health needs. Please note: All functional medicine testing and supplements are an additional cost.
I do not normally prescribe supplements or set diets at our initial consultation, especially if I feel that we need to investigate your health with functional medicine tests (I will most probably ask you to do at least one functional medicine test). Once I have the test results back I will email you to make a follow-up appointment with me. After this I will set a diet, therapy and supplement prescription.
I highly recommend that you take on a nutritional coaching package. I see it as essential to your success. It really is the smartest and most efficient way to get from where you are now with your health and lifestyle to where you want to be.

Due to the large volume of emails I receive I am often only able to answer emergency emails. We will cover any questions you might have in our appointments and our coaching sessions.
