Through our very successful Diet Clubs we offer free exercise sessions and free weekly meetings alongside an easy to follow calorie controlled diet. Our mission is to help you to be slim, healthy and a whole lot more active. Our participants aim to lose on average 12kg of fat in 12 weeks. Our Diet Club programme is based around exercise and a healthy calorie controlled diet. We use metabolic protein food shakes (to build fat burning muscle), seasonal salads and hot soups, nutritional supplements, protein rich snacks and fresh fruit. We help you return to a healthy weight by burning off unhealthy body fat (as opposed to normal dieting where you lose weight by losing water/fluid, healthy muscle and perhaps some body fat). Diet Club is safe, fun, local, supportive and results driven. It is absolutely affordable at less than £5 per day - the price of a coffee and a croissant.
